It’s not that difficult. After logging into your Facebook account (or creating a new one for your company), go to http://www.facebook.com/username/ to create a username for your home page. From there, you can set the username of individual pages. Conditions from Facebook apply, such as having a minimum fan base of 25 persons.
Facebook allows a lot of flexibility in creating customised tab-pages, such as defining your own in-line styles via css and writing tweaked Javascript (FBJS). It even allows Ajax calls to external pages, meaning you can create a form, send data to an external page and feedback a response to the Facebook page dynamically without refreshing the page or leaving it at all.
